At T0AI, we provide digital access to premium navigation features, placements, and credits. Because these benefits are delivered immediately, refunds are limited. Please review the policy below before purchasing.

- Pro subscriptions and usage credits
- One-time promotional placements and add-on services
- Refund Eligibility
- New subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of the first purchase if no credits or placements have been used
- Accidental purchases must be reported within 24 hours and remain unused
- Technical failures on our side that prevent delivery may qualify for partial refunds
- Non-Refundable Situations
- Used credits, impressions, clicks, or completed placements
- Subscriptions active for more than 7 days or with any usage
- Violations of our Terms of Service or fraudulent activity
- Cancellations
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the current billing period ends
- Renewals stop immediately after cancellation; no prorated refunds for remaining time

- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
